cookie spread
Makes: Roughly two cups of spread.
Ingredients:
8 oz shortbread cookies https://www.ctrlsaltpreheat.com/short-bread
1/4 cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

note: this recipe works with almost any cookie so long as it is not too soft, also it does not work with any cookies that have a filling. ALMOST ANY COOKIE RECIPE ON THIIS SITE WILL WORK.
Break up your cookies into quarters. add these and all other ingredients into a blender or food processor. pulse several times to get the cookies to a smaller size before turning the blender or food processor onto high and continue mixing until you have a smooth spread. I usually do about 1 minute.
Transfer to a jar or bowl with a lid and refridgerate.
